Position Summary

The District Monitoring & Evaluation Officer will be responsible for collecting, managing, analyzing, and reporting project data to support evidence-based decision-making and program improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, manage, and analyze project data.

Ensure data quality through verification and validation processes.

Prepare regular monitoring and evaluation reports.

Develop dashboards, summaries, and performance reports.

Support monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) activities.

Build the capacity of project staff and partners in data management and quality assurance.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Monitoring & Evaluation, Public Health, Social Sciences, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.

Strong experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation frameworks and tools.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management software.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Fluency in Kinyarwanda and English.

Knowledge of French is an added advantage.
