This position works closely with partner organizations and field teams to improve agricultural support programs.

The job mainly focuses on:

Data collection and analysis

📊 Main Responsibilities

The selected candidate will:

1. Program Assessment & Planning

Analyze field data and identify gaps in agricultural support programs

Support planning of technical assistance activities

Track progress of ongoing projects

2. Field Implementation Support

Work directly with partner organizations in rural areas

Support training and coaching of field staff

Collect feedback from farmers and stakeholders

Document project progress and outcomes

3. Data Management & Reporting

Help convert manual farmer records into structured reporting systems

Improve data quality and accuracy

Support transition to digital tools where possible

Conduct field verification to ensure reliable information

🎓 Required Qualifications

Applicants should have:

Experience in project management or field-based development work

Skills in data collection and analysis

Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Ability to work with rural communities

Knowledge of digital tools or data systems is an advantage

Understanding of agricultural development is highly desirable
